We are looking for a passionate retailer with a proven track record in exceptional customer service to work closely in our high performing team and to join our journey in taking our little store from strength to strength.

We are looking for someone who shares our philosophy of Farm to Plate, who is a passionate foodie and who is able to assist our discerning customers with a confident service style.

Responsibilities include:

• Be part of the team that keeps the shop looking exceptional at all times
• Have a solutions focused approach to any problem solving
• Be able to talk about food, have an interest in food and offer ideas for preparation to our discerning customers
• Receiving orders, packing shelves & serving customers

Our ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic & a great team player
• Have great communication skills with the ability to upsell
• Be passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service
• Have knowledge of retail and the food industry and ideally have experience in a similar role

Shop hours are 9am – 6pm, 7 days a week so weekend work will be required on a rostered basis.
